Who can use it?
Any business set up as a Doctor on Clientflow, on every plan. It appears as a Prescription button on each appointment.
Where does the patient's information come from?
From the booking the patient made on your Clientflow page. Name, phone and email are already there. You add age and gender once, and they are remembered.
Does the patient get it by email?
Yes, when the patient gave an email address at booking. The email carries the prescription and the invoice for the visit. If there is no email, you can still open the printable copy and hand it over or share the link.
Can I see what I prescribed earlier?
Yes. Every saved prescription stays with the patient, and the form shows the earlier ones beside it. You can copy medicines from a previous visit.
Is this a legally valid e-prescription?
Clientflow gives you a quick way to write and send a prescription. You remain responsible for its content and for following the rules that apply to you and your registration. If you need a particular format or a digital signature, check with your medical council.
Is the patient's data safe?
Prescriptions are stored against your account and visible only to you. The patient's copy opens from a private link in their email and is not listed on search engines.
